Read on for a Timeless Transmission that can guide you at anytime from the Pisces Full Moon Eclipse 28th August 2026
We have travelled through such enormous golden solar energies since the Lion’s Gate, through this full-power Leo passage and these great celestial thresholds of the summer, and for me this morning, 7am at the Spiral in the Cotswolds, deep in the lunar eclipse energies, it feels like a golden harvest. Receiving deeper what have we embodied, because there has been so much courage asked of us through this passage. So much heart. So much illumination of what we LOVE and what we no longer have the energy to pretend we love. And now we arrive here with all that golden light of summer inside us, asking what happens when the revelation becomes the way we actually live. When we stop circling around our heart’s desires and begin allowing our lives to become an increasingly precise expression of them.
The new light was already leading the way through. Rainbows. The most majestic rainbows I have seen for such a long time, arching across the land with this almost impossible bioluminescent, vivid luminosity, ultra-high-definition technicolour, the full light spectrum turning itself up. The colours revealing another octave of themselves, announcing The new light pouring through the morning rain, the clouds, the wet grass, the stones, the air, our bodies, our hearts. Bridging new worlds and new Universal Harmonics and asking us now whether we are actually ready to live what we have been receiving.
The Spiral was so clear with me today: deepen. Deepen. Deepen. Deepen into crystal-clear principles and diamond-light integrity. Deepen until what you say you stand for and the way you actually live become the same thing. Deepen until there is no separation between your inner knowing and your outer movement. Deepen your foundations before reaching further outward. Because this next movement is not about more expansion for expansion’s sake. It is not another call to push harder, achieve harder, hustle harder, become more visible, accumulate more, prove more. We have done enough of that as a human culture to see exactly where it leads. We can see all around us that these hard ways of living are not harmonising the planet. They are not harmonising our bodies. They are not harmonising our communities, our waters, our soil, our relationships or our nervous systems.
Nature’s Universal Harmonic asks something completely different of us.
It asks us to step back and receive in order to step forward effortlessly. Tuning in through the entire body and our FULL BODY YES in exquisite participation. It is listening so deeply that we know when movement is actually required and when the most powerful thing we can possibly do is to stop.
It is remembering the intelligence of the seed beneath the soil, which does not dig itself up every morning to check whether it is becoming a tree. The river does not push itself downstream. The blossom does not strain itself open. The sun does not negotiate with the horizon. Nature is constantly moving and yet there is something profoundly effortless within that movement because it is moving from its own original intelligence. The universal harmony.This is always present showing us what we are part of and how to live from our original intelligence and harmony.
This is the movement from outsourcing into insourcing. Living from the inside out. Knowing our love from the inside out. Leading from the inside out.
Putting to rest the continual searching beyond ourselves for someone to tell us what is true, what is valuable, what we should want, who we should become, how quickly we should get there or what our lives are supposed to look like.
Insourcing asks us to come home to the deepest intelligence already moving through our own bodies, our hearts, our relationship with the Earth and the living landscape around us. It asks us to become more and more intimate with ourselves so that our choices arise from resonance rather than reaction.
And then we begin to move differently. We stop forcing doors to open. We stop pouring life-force into places that cannot receive us. We become available to what is already trying to meet us.
And underneath all of this is attention. Our greatest currency. Our greatest investment. Our extraordinary creative resource.
We create our reality through what we repeatedly give our attention to, and so perhaps one of the most radical things we can do now is begin parenting our attention. Truly paying attention to where it goes. Curating enough time and spaciousness to notice what is asking for us beneath the noise. Because attention is relationship. When I pay attention to the land, the land begins revealing itself differently to me. When I give my full attention to water, water becomes the most magikal experience and wisdom source.
When I give my full attention to a tree, it shows and tells me things that no human can. When I pay attention to my own body, it stops being something to control and becomes an ecosystem to listen to. Whatever we continually attend to becomes more alive within our field, and so what could possibly be more important than becoming deeply conscious of where this extraordinary currency is being invested?
This is why our foundations matter so much now. Moving forward from our ever-deepening foundations because we have curated the time to pay attention. Because we listen. Because we we witness ourselves. Because we have allowed the land to speak before deciding what the land needs. *Leading from the land up.* Leading from the body out. Leading from principle. Allowing our principles to guide us and remaining true to them even when doubt comes, even when another path appears faster, shinier, easier to explain or more culturally acceptable. Crystal-clear principles. Diamond-light integrity. A crystalline architecture through which our lives can become increasingly coherent.
Living deeper into the effortless flow, we are being asked to step deeper into our inner treasure whilst stepping back to witness the bigger picture.To participate completely without gripping the outcome. To become more embodied whilst becoming less controlling. To know what we love with greater and greater clarity whilst allowing the route towards it to surprise us.
This is what effortlessness increasingly means to me. Not doing nothing, but ceasing to expend enormous amounts of energy trying to manufacture what could arise naturally through alignment. Moving when the opening comes. Resting when the land says rest. Speaking when something is ready to be spoken. Becoming so intimate with our own rhythm that we no longer need to borrow the rhythm of the culture around us.
And perhaps this is the real harvest of this golden summer: Clarity about what we LOVE. Not vaguely. Intimate clarity in crystal detail. Greater texture. Greater colour. Greater sensuality. Greater specificity.
What does the life we love actually feel like when we wake in the morning?
What land are our bare feet touching?
What waters are we drinking?
Who is around our table?
What are we creating?
What are we no longer available for?
What pace are we moving at?
Where does our attention live?
What does enough feel like?
What does integrity feel like in the flesh?
The invitation is not simply to dream bigger but to become infinitely more intimate with the dream, until we can feel its texture inside our own bodies and begin living its principles before its physical architecture has even arrived.
So I stood at the Spiral this morning beneath those impossible technicolour rainbows and noticed that the centre was asking for my attention and to be rebuilt again after I had just rebuilt it yesterday in even more clarity and depth. Come back to the centre and know yourself. The Spiral does not abandon its centre as it expands; every widening revolution remains in relationship with it. And neither can we.
Our expansion cannot cost us our centre anymore.
Our creation cannot cost us our bodies.
Our success cannot cost us the Earth.
Our future cannot be created through abandoning the very intelligence that brought us here.
We are bridging new worlds now, and we are the bridge. Through coherence. Through embodiment. Through attention. Through love. Through the courage to live our love. Through our willingness to step away from the exhausted culture of outsourcing and return to the immense resources within us. Through recognising and remembering that we are nature and allowing nature’s original harmonic to begin organising our lives again.
So we take the golden light of this summer with us. We take the courage of the Lion. We take everything these great thresholds have illuminated and revealed. We take the desires that have become impossible to ignore. And we bring them down now, out of the heavens and into the land, into our feet, our hands, our homes, our relationships, our choices, our calendars, our work, our money, our communities, our bodies.
Embodied. Insourced. Land-led.
And from here we go forward differently.
Deeper.
Clearer.
From the inside out.
With crystal-clear principles.
With diamond-light integrity.
With our attention returned to what we LOVE.
And with enough spaciousness to allow this extraordinary new light to show us the way.
