Spiral of Our Golden Sovereignty
The Diamond Light Portal opened unexpectedly as I was building a new spiral with and on the land, sleeping wild for a week in this sacred Lemurian Valley, building the Spiral of Our Golden Sovereignty. I built this spiral to invoke the Lady of the Lake to bring forth the Lemurian pulse that we may all connect to it once again. So every time I build a spiral, the spiral speaks of what it is, its name, what energies it's bringing through, what it's opening up for humanity. And as I was building the spiral, one night lightning moved across the valley and opened the Diamond Light, the Heart Portal, through my heart as a living frequency.
Through the days of communion with the waters, the trees, the stones, and the silence, this portal continued to reveal itself as I co-created with the land, the Spiral of Our Golden Sovereignty together in community. It became clear that it was not for me alone to experience, but to share with you.

We gather at the entrance to our very special location, which will be shared with you once you book. The location is near Stroud. We begin by creating a beautiful portal together in our sistarship circle. This marks a crossing from the ordinary world into our deeper sacred space. A moment to arrive. To breathe. To set intention. To step through the portal together.
Blessing at the Spring
Before we walk the Spiral, we come to the living spring. Here we meet the first element. Here we gather the waters. We are ourselves bodies of water, and as we drink, as we touch the spring to brow and heart, our own waters begin to order themselves into coherence. The body remembers how to flow. We offer our blessings into the spring. Gratitude. Prayer. Love. What we bless here does not stay here. Water remembers, and water travels, our blessing ripples outward through the hidden veins of the Earth, into rivers, into oceans, into rain, touching the whole body of the planet. Each woman fills a small vessel to carry through the day, so the blessed waters walk with us.
Walking the Spiral
Together we enter Spira della Sovranità Aurea. The Spiral is The Universal Harmoniser™, the original and first harmonic of universal harmony. To walk the spiral is to consciously enter the original harmonic, the harmonic of harmony that illuminates within the body, creating vast unending coherence. The origin pulse begins to stir and the original song rises once more through the heart as we recognize that we have always been part of the music. Each woman walks the Spiral at her own pace. Listening. Opening. Receiving. The Diamond Light frequencies are gently invited into the heart, the body and the field.
Pilgrimage into the Lemurian Valley
From the Spiral we walk together, mostly in silence, deeper into the valley, into the heart of the Lemurian land. Silence allows the landscape to become our teacher. The valley begins speaking. The body begins listening.
The Lemurian Emerald Lakes
These are the emerald waters of the Lemurian Valley and they carry the timeless maternal frequency. To enter them or simply sit beside them is to be received by the timeless mother herself. We swim if called, we sing to the lakes, we rest, we allow the waters to soften whatever is ready to soften, and wash us gently back towards our original diamond light. There is no right way. Only your own unfolding.
Earth Mother Alchemy
Now the earth becomes our mother. Together we cover and paint ourselves in the living mud of the valley. As the mud dries and gently cracks upon the skin, we witness old identities, inherited stories, and protective shells becoming visible. What has served us can now return to the earth with gratitude. When the moment feels complete, we cleanse ourselves again in the waters.
The Ancient Oaks
We continue our pilgrimage to meet the valley's oldest guardians. Here we enter deep listening. To speak our truth into the living presence of the Oak. To offer prayers. To ask questions. To listen for what wishes to emerge. The tree becomes an amplifier for the voice of the heart.
Spiraling Deeper Home
We walk back together to the Spiral. The Diamond Light is now no longer something outside ourselves. It is embodied. Integrated. Lived. Together we complete our journey with a closing ceremony, gratitude, and shared reflections, carrying the coherent pulse of this day, and the ancient Lemurian remembrance, back into our lives and out into the world.

The Original Tone
A Lemurian Full Body Recognition
The valley we enter carries a Lemurian frequency. Long before Atlantis, before the pyramids, before history kept its records, there was Lemuria, not only a place but a way of being. A golden age of heart-centred consciousness, when beings of radiant light walked the Earth in deep reverence, living in unbroken harmony with the land, the waters and one another. The Lemurians were keepers of the heart. They moved by intuition, communed beyond words, and held their whole community in unity and care.
That frequency was never lost. It was seeded into the crystalline body of the Earth, in stone and water, held in the higher fields, waiting for the ones who would one day be ready, open, receptive to remember, recognize, and embody their chalices, where the body is a chalice, and the chalice is ready to receive. And beneath everything, quieter than thought, it is still sounding: the origin pulse. The original song. The first harmony of creation, timeless and whole, that no condition, no wound, no inheritance and no fear can ever touch or distort.
When we are out on the land, we are opening up our endocrine systems. Our endocrine system is the crystalline body of the body, the same crystalline body as the Earth. They are not separate; they are one. The endocrine system is the technology in the body that is completely connected to and of the crystalline body of the Earth. As we activate our pineal and our pituitary glands, and we truly begin seeing with the inner eye, we activate the crystalline technology of the body, which is at one with the crystalline body of the Earth. These technologies are one and the same.
Beneath the noise of the inherited world there is the original light harmonic field: the first geometry, the luminous lattice the Earth was dreamed upon. Held within it are the origin codes: your own true blueprint, the design you carried before the world ever told you who to be. And running through all of it, the original song. The Lemurian frequency does not teach us these things. It reminds us.
This is what we come to anchor. Not to learn something new, but to let your seed-recognition of what you truly are drop all the way home.
Because here is the deeper truth this day is built upon: you are not the suffering that plays out on this Earth. You never were. You are not your conditioning, your inheritance, or your fear. The Tree of Life Within You
This is, in the most literal sense, an activation of the body's light architecture. Your nervous system is the tree of life, rooted in the Earth through the base of you, branching up through the spine and out into every limb and fingertip, the living antenna through which the original tone moves. As the day settles your system into coherence, this tree comes back into regulation: grounded, calm, and able to carry far more light without overwhelm. And humanity itself is this same tree of life, each of us a branch of one luminous organism, rooted in the one Earth.
Within that tree, the endocrine system is the constellation of sacred glands, the body's inner stars. This is an endocrine activation: the glands lighting up, coming online, awakening into their full radiance.
